Après Noel, nous avons su que notre petit-fils serait parmi nous plus tôt que nous le pensions. Oups! la chambre n'est pas prête encore... Urgence alors de terminer la décoration pour le recevoir et enlever des soucis à la maman. Hospitalisée depuis après Noel, elle a d'autres préoccupations pour l'instant.
Voici ce que j'ai préparé pour la bassinette du petit poupon. Thème de la chambre: les hiboux.
La courtepointe a été piquée sur ma machine à coudre, simplement. La branche a un motif de piquage qui ressemble à du bois. Les hiboux ont été piqués en contournant chaque détail. Chaque détail est retrouvé à l'arrière de la courtepointe. Les feuilles sont mises en évidence également et le fond est piqué avec un méandre tout simple, un peu plus serré en bas de la branche.

Et une toute petite étiquette pour compléter le tout...ma première conversation avec lui!
